Health & Dietary Information

• Dietary Needs: Please inform us in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions so we can accommodate you safely.
• Open-Air Venue: Mama Gaia is an outdoor, open-air farm. Please remember to wear comfortable shoes, bring a hat, apply sunscreen, and drink plenty of water, especially during the warm summer months.

Farm Safety & Guidelines

• Supervision: Children are more than welcome to experience the farm, provided they are closely supervised by an adult at all times.
• Safety First: For the well-being of our animals and our guests, please follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by your host during the tour.
• Insurance: For your peace of mind, all our visitors are covered by third-party liability insurance.

Food & Produce

• Seasonality: As a working farm, the availability of fresh produce in our garden may vary depending on the season and weather conditions.
• Local Ingredients: While most of what we serve comes directly from our land, some specific ingredients may be carefully sourced from trusted local third-party suppliers.

Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled experience. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
• Weather & Force Majeure: We retain the right to cancel or reschedule experiences due to severe weather conditions or other force majeure events to ensure your safety. In such cases, a full refund or the option to reschedule will be provided.
• Updates: Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice (confirmed bookings will always be honored at the agreed price).
