2. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations: We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Weather: We retain the right to cancel or reschedule due to severe weather (full refund or rescheduling provided).
3. Farm Safety & Guidelines
- Supervision: Children are more than welcome to join the fun, provided they are closely supervised by an adult at all times.
- Safety First: Please follow your host’s guidelines. For your peace of mind, all guests are covered by third-party liability insurance.
4. Food & Produce
- Seasonality: As a true working farm, our fresh produce availability changes depending on the season and weather.
- Ingredients: Most of what you eat is homegrown, while a few specific items are carefully sourced from trusted local suppliers.
